We have a strong focus on catching the views of students and parents in decision making at individual and strategic levels, this comes about from forming good working relationships and have regular times whole school and within LS for students and parents to have open and honest dialogues about their progress and support. We take a graduated approach to identifying and supporting pupils and students with SEN.
