Welcome to Highgate Wood School. I am very proud to be the Headteacher at Highgate Wood School and to be given the privilege of leading this wonderful school community.

We expect our students to have high aspirations; their academic progress and examination success are ensured by top quality teaching, first rate facilities and challenging targets. Our school motto is Everyone Matters, Everyone Achieves and this ensures that we take an approach that values every student as an individual, with a wide range of curricular and extra-curricular opportunities enabling talent and creativity to be identified and nurtured.

We are proud to have a diverse and strong community at Highgate Wood School. Students are encouraged to demonstrate the Highgate Wood Way and follow our established vales of the 4Cs: Courtesy, Consideration, Contribution and Cooperation. Our students are proactive in making a positive change and helping out globally and within the community.

All students should be in school by 8:30am to start the school day.

Students at Highgate Wood School are continuing to make good progress and we are delighted by their successes at A Level this year. Similarly our GCSE students returned fantastic results. See below for details of GCSE and A level results achieved by our students in 2024 and in earlier years.

The School's last Ofsted report was carried out in November 2021 and judged the school as good.
