Dear Parents/Carers,

I am delighted to welcome you all back to the start of a new academic year at HWS. Yesterday, our students returned with a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and excitement, and it was wonderful to see them looking so smart in their uniforms. The positive energy was felt throughout the school, and it was clear that both students and staff were happy to be back.

A special mention goes to our new Year 7 students, who have already made such a positive impression on their very first day of secondary school. We are thrilled to have them join our school community and look forward to seeing them thrive in the coming years.

I would also like to extend a warm welcome to our Year 12 students. We are proud to have recruited a record number of students into our Sixth Form, and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for them as they continue their educational journey with us.
