To support students who hope to be joining Highgate Wood School Sixth Form in September we are assembling a range of transition resources for you to work and explore.

Transition to Post 16 study – Booklets for different subjects

For those of you looking to get a head start on your studies in September, we thought it would be useful to provide some materials to help you make the transition to the higher level of study expected in the Sixth Form. 
In general, of course, any reading around your subject will be beneficial, but these booklets also contain specific tasks to help you prepare for the next stage of your education. We would also suggest continuing to revise and embed your GCSE knowledge, particularly for subjects that rely on the foundations built in Year 11.
We expect you to work through the booklets for your chosen subjects before starting Sixth Form.
